How is billing worked out?
People and Thoshika One are priced per active employee each month. Single apps are priced per user of that app. You can add apps or people at any time; the next invoice reflects the change.
Which taxes are added to my invoice?
Prices shown for India are in rupees and exclude GST at 18%. Invoices are issued in rupees by our India Authorized Partner, Qiaben Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd, with GST added. Give us your GSTIN and the invoice will carry it, so you can claim input tax credit.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing is paid a year in advance and costs 20% less. Monthly billing is paid month by month and costs 25% more than the annual rate. The switch at the top of the page shows both.
Where is my data stored?
Hosted in India · data stays in India. Data processing follows DPDP Act 2023 obligations. See security and trust for how each company's data is kept apart.
Can you help us move from our current software?
Yes. The data migration tool imports masters and transactions from Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks, employee and salary data from Keka, greytHR, Darwinbox and Zoho People, CRM records from Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM, and spreadsheets, with a dry run before anything is saved.
