Finance and governanceCompany Compliance

Directors, cap table, board meetings, statutory registers and the MCA filing calendar for Indian companies.

Company Compliance keeps the company-secretarial records of Indian private limited companies, one-person companies, public unlisted companies and LLPs. It holds directors and KMP, share capital and the cap table, meetings and minutes, and generates statutory registers from that data. A compliance calendar lists MCA e-forms with due dates and late fees, and data packs help the company secretary prepare each form.
