Sangam is where teams talk: channels, direct messages and threads, calls and scheduled meetings, all inside the same sign-in as the rest of Thoshika. Channels can follow People teams, projects, deals and support escalations, and approval tasks arrive as cards with Approve and Reject buttons. Calls and meetings run on Thoshika’s own media servers.
