Your own email provider
Each company chooses how its notifications and documents are sent.
- Amazon SES (default), SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, SMTP, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Verified sender domain with SPF, DKIM and return path
- Encrypted credentials and a test send
- Delivery and bounce tracking with a log, and fallback to the platform service

Each company has a home region recorded from sign-up.

Subscription billing
Your Thoshika subscription is billed per app and per seat, in your currency.
